The Problem

Floor Safety Solutions, a commercial floor mat & elevator pad distributor and cleaning service, contacted us to help with their online presence. This company had a small Wix website that wasn’t ranking at all, even in their home city of Pompano Beach. They knew they needed a strong website to compete with some of the national and regional distributors. Even though they weren’t a national supplier, they could ship to anywhere in the US, however, they wanted to make sure they covered their local SEFL territory first before reaching out to other regions.

The Solution

In July of 2020, we built them a website and, not surprisingly, it performed and ranked better than the old website upon launch. To reach their ideal clients in the nation’s 7th largest metropolitan area, we had recommended a SEO plan that would incorporate both onsite and offsite SEO including adding new pages (and subpages) for each of their product segments. We executed keyword mapping, competitive analysis and market research to focus on their most profitable segments and their ideal markets in Florida.

We executed the SEO campaign immediately and almost immediately saw fantastic results.

The Results:

FIRST PAGE ORGANIC RANKINGS IN ALMOST EVERY CITY IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA

Continuous improvements to the site including metadata, new content, blogs, new alt tags, new video and product pages have continued to improve the organic ranking. This floor mat company improved their first page appearances substantially across 6 counties in SEFL (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River ). We tracked their placement for over 100 keyword phrases over the years. In the beginning of this project, they were ranking on page one for ZERO keyphrases. Today, they rank on page one for over 95 keyphrases, mostly in position 1, 2 or 3! They are appearing better than most of the national & regional companies. Their organic traffic grew accordingly year over year! During our review calls with the customer, he said he was getting calls from other states as well, like S. Carolina, Virginia and even Pennsylvania.
